How it works:
- Get in touch with your local Xperience care
- A member of our team will meet with you, your representative, family or advocates at your home.
- We plan your needs, requirements, aspirations and goals as well as confirming what live-in care option is best for you.
- Our management team will discuss your preferences and identify one of more of our fully trained live-in carers who will best meet your requirements.
- Wherever possible we will arrange for you to meet with your carer(s) before your care starts.
- Your care starts and we will work with you in the first weeks and months to make sure you are satisfied with the service.
